Super Temp-Tite is a factory pre-insulated push-joint piping system with built-in expansion for conveying high pressure steam underground. It uses a steel carrier pipe, composite insulation consisting of an inner layer of high temperature calcium silicate and a outer layer of energy-efficient polyisocyanurate foam, with a filament wound fiberglass Reinforced Thermosetting Resin Pipe outer casing. It may be used in steam distribution for temperatures to 406ºF and pressures to 250psi. Super Weld-Tite is a factory pre-insulated welded piping system for conveying high pressure steam, condensate, and high temperature hot water underground. It uses a steel carrier pipe, composite insulation consisting of an inner layer of high temperature calcium silicate or Foamglas® and an outer layer of energy-efficient polyisocyanurate foam, with a filament wound fiberglass Reinforced Thermosetting Resin Pipe outer casing. It may be used in steam distribution for temperatures to 450ºF and pressures to 250psi. Heat-Tite is a factory pre-insulated gasketed push-joint piping system for conveying condensate, low temperature hot water, chilled water, or dual temperature services underground. It uses a steel carrier pipe, insulation consisting of a layer of energy-efficient polyurethane foam, with a Polyvinyl Chloride outer casing. It may be used in hot water distribution for temperatures to 250ºF and pressures to 150psi. Weld-Tite is a factory pre-insulated welded piping system for conveying condensate, low temperature hot water, or chilled water services underground. It uses a steel carrier pipe, insulation consisting of a layer of energy-efficient polyurethane foam, with a Polyvinyl Chloride outer casing. It may be used in hot water distribution for temperatures to 250ºF and pressures to 150psi. Copper-Core is a factory pre-insulated gasketed push-joint or brazed piping system for conveying low temperature hot water, chilled water, or dual temperature services underground. It uses a copper carrier pipe, insulation consisting of a layer of energy-efficient polyurethane foam, with a Polyvinyl Chloride outer casing. It may be used in water distribution only for temperatures up to 250ºF and pressures up to 150psi. Taper-Tite is a factory pre-insulated adhesively bonded piping system for conveying low temperature hot water, chilled water, or dual temperature services underground. It uses a Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) carrier pipe, insulation consisting of a layer of energy-efficient polyurethane foam, with a Polyvinyl Chloride outer casing. It may be used in water distribution only for temperatures up to 250ºF and pressures up to 150psi. Vee-Tite is a factory pre-insulated gasketed push-joint piping system for conveying low temperature hot water, chilled water, or dual temperature services underground. Duc-Tite is a factory pre-insulated gasketed push-joint piping system for conveying low temperature hot water or chilled water services underground. It uses a Ductile Iron carrier pipe, insulation consisting of a layer of energy-efficient polyurethane foam, with a Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) outer casing. It may be used in hot water distribution for temperatures up to 250ºF and pressures up to 150psi. Kool-Kore is a factory pre-insulated gasketed push-joint or solvent welded piping system for conveying chilled water services underground. It uses a Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) carrier pipe, insulation consisting of a layer of energy-efficient polyurethane foam, with a Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) outer casing. It may be used in water distribution only for temperatures up to 70ºF and pressures up to 150psi, or up to 120ºF if pressures are reduced to 60psi. |
